inQdo has earned its ISAE 3402 type II certification for the fourth year in a row – a fantastic achievement, of which we are very proud! The Risklane organization once again supported inQdo in the certification process. The audit was executed by Conclude Accountants.
Why ISAE 3402 type II certification?
Organizations which outsource their IT-related processes to our company not only expect high-quality service, but also high-level safety measures. The ISAE 3402 type II certification shows them that we meet these expectations.
To maintain the ISAE 3402 type II certification, we’ll undergo semi-annual external audits.
This audit checks whether our services meet the correct requirements of risk management, internal processes or, for example, data integrity. This way, both our company and our clients are assured our quality standards are maintained.
Peter Perebooms, Partner at inQdo:
“We are proud that we have again earned this certification. Of course it is not about the paper. The quality we deliver to our customers stems from the efforts of our colleagues. We are continuously improving the quality of our services and this certification confirms their commitment. I am very proud of our team.”
What is a ISAE 3402 Type II certification?
ISAE 3402 is an international standard that indicates the services an organization performs for third parties and shows that it executes them in an optimal, stable and controlled manner. To measure this, an external auditor checks the processes, process controls and security of the organization over a defined period.
The ISAE 3402 report describes how we handle security, who gains access to third-party information and what metrics we measure to prevent abuse of data.
