Fabory Group exists of technical trading companies and has more than 140 offices in 15 countries. Among other things, the organization offers high-quality industrial products. When Fabory Group contacted us, the maintenance contract of its integration software ended and the company was looking for a long-term solution regarding (the (maintenance of) its integration software.
The challenge
The maintenance contract of Fabory’s integration software ended. To safeguard the long-term continuity of its integration software, the company required an upgrade of its webMethods suite.
The solution
We started this upgrade project with a workshop in which we discussed all dependencies and potential bottlenecks. We created a project plan based on this workshop and, after this plan was approved, started our upgrade of the suite.
One of our products is inQdo essentials: a monitoring solution, specifically developed for webMethods. Part of our software upgrade at Fabory was the implementation of inQdo essentials.
After completion of the project, Fabory concluded a support contract with inQdo. Now, Fabory can always approach inQdo’s specialists if desired.
The result
Fabory’s webMethods suite was successfully upgraded and included the implementation of inQdo essentials. With the support contract, the company can always refer to inQdo’s specialists if desired. Fabory’s integration software is now safe guarded for a long-term period.
